If you would like to return or exchange your item within 30 days of ship date it must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags and packaging. Shoes must be in the original undamaged box with no shipping labels attached. Any products that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
